Located in the Laurel District, Golden Associates was responsible for the design development of all exterior spaces at the new 151-unit Senior Housing Development.
Limited to seniors below the 60% median income, the four-story building features parking and retail at the street level, and three floors of greatly needed residential senior apartments.

The interior courtyard, built on top of the garage podium level, has many social spaces with built-in seating, game tables, picnic tables, water features, privacy planters and a variety of lightweight, low-maintenance hardscape materials that create a rich palette of textures.
Our goal was to incorporate the existing streetscape improvements recently provided by the City and to create an exciting and useful outdoor common area for the residents.
