With an Hispanic population over 75% in the City of El Centro, all Community presentation materials and surveys were provided in both Spanish and English maximizing the participation of the entire Community.

All Community meetings and workshops included high-quality graphics and interactive elements to obtain feedback and inclusion from Community Members.
