20-Year Master Plan

Our first Community meeting for the 20-year Park and Recreation Facilities Master Plan drew over 400 individuals concerned about the potential removal of a 90,000 square-foot roller-hockey rink remaining after the Ford Ord Base closure.

Through the Community Process, their voices could be heard clearly by the City Council and the regionally significant facility was saved from demolition.
