Golden Associates was responsible for the design and construction documents of forty-four affordable single-family homes for EM Johnson Interests.

Golden Associates prepared plans for planting, irrigation and landscape construction. Landscape elements were designed for ease of maintenance, low installation cost, and curb appeal.

Native and drought-tolerant plant species were used extensively to minimize the need for supplemental irrigation.

Challenges at this site included numerous rock outcroppings; project coordination between multiple designers and plan formats, and limited construction funding.
