This award-winning
project was conceived as a destination point and a major
Gateway into the City of Oakland from the airport.
It was designed to provide a strong visual impact with
maximum views to the existing businesses.
Golden Associates was responsible for the planting
plan, which features stately Canary Island Palms, providing
grandeur while maintaining the visibility, which was
so important to the merchants.
