Golden Associates is the lead designer for the International Boulevard Streetscape Improvement Project, which is within the CalTrans Right-of-Way.

The scope of work includes three plazas, enhanced bus stops, installation of pedestrian bulb outs, planting, and irrigation.

Other site improvement features include three major landmark features with banners, seatwalls, illuminated monuments, ornamental fencing, custom signage, newspaper racks, ornamental pedestrian lighting, trash receptacles, benches and bus shelters.
