Providing a design vision, which will set the tone for development over the next twenty years, Golden Associates was part of a multidisciplinary team, which prepared a comprehensive Master Plan for the Oakland Waterfront.

This Master Plan proposes continuous access from Jack London Square to 66th Avenue. The trails and associated parks will become a significant recreational attraction for the City of Oakland.
