Given our increasingly sedentary lives, parks and programmed activities are becoming more important to promoting healthy lifestyles. Golden Associates has had the opportunity to address these issues on a policy level through 20-year Park and Recreation Master Plans, as well as on a programmatic level for individual parks.
In an urban environment, parks are the lungs of a City and are often the venue for extended family or social gatherings.

| Understanding and respecting our natural watersheds and how they function in the larger environmental system has been gaining respect in recent years.
Golden Associates has provided creek restoration services for a number of sensitive areas. Removing invasive species and restoring regionally indigenous plant material, our goal is to maximize the native habitat to encourage nesting and foraging for our native and migrating fauna.
