Golden Associates was responsible for the design improvements for both the Landscape and Architectural Improvements for this apartment complex.

Based upon the owners desire to create an Arts and Crafts Style building, Leslie Golden designed and specified the new exterior cladding, fenestrations, trellis entries, entry feature and trash receptacle (located to the left of the entry gate).

We have received overwhelming excitement and support for the project. The client personally said we “nailed it” and the Planning Commission said it looked like “a gold mine and a tremendous asset to the City of Richmond.”
