This award-winning 15.6-acre park project features dynamic plant massings, which were designed by Golden Associates to create a sense of movement and to reinforce the relationship to the water’s edge.
California natives and ornamental grasses provide seasonal interest while also reducing the need for supplemental water.
Riparian planting of Pickleweed, Cordgrass and Gum Plant utilized at the brackish creek’s edge provide plant material tolerant of the site conditions while enhancing the native setting for wildlife.
Golden Associates was responsible for the planting plans, details, specifications, construction administration and maintenance guidelines.
