Addressing the community's concern over speeding cars, the MacArthur Boulevard Streetscape plan includes traffic-calming measures such as reduced traffic lanes, new medians, widened sidewalks, and bulb-outs. Other site improvements include distinctive paving pattern, benches, trash receptacles, decorative lighting, planting and irrigation.
