As the urban design leader, Golden Associates transformed this previously automobile-oriented street into a pedestrian-friendly plaza.

The focal point for the paseo is a Spanish tile-faced water feature, which defines the space and separates it from the parking lot. An allee of trees, site furnishings, pavers, pedestrian lighting and plantings create a vibrant plaza to support outdoor dining and Community activities.
